the vibe here was quiet. i had a spacious and quiet room with a safe box, multi-channel tv and a mini fridge bar. the folks were amicable. the accommodation had a very central location right in the centre of florence.

Finally, a hotel that knows how to do business! They even have fax and photocopying services, in case I need to run my empire from Florence. Free WiFi, thank goodness, because I can't live without my Instagram updates. The location is convenient, just a few steps from Ponte Vecchio.
What a joy it was to stay in a place where everything was perfect. Oh wait, there is nothing negative to say.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with all the main sights within a 5-minute walk. We also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and ample wardrobe space.
There were a few downsides to our experience. the air conditioning in our room wasn't as cold as we would've liked, but it did make a noticeable difference from the hot weather outside.
